菌群移植（HMT）简介
菌群移植，包含肠道菌群移植（Fecal Microbiota Transplantation，FMT）和人类菌群移植（Human Microbiota Transplantation，HMT）. FMT指将健康供体的肠道菌群通过智能肠菌处理系统制成混悬液或胶囊，经过供体与受体配型后，移植到患者肠道内，通过重建患者正常功能的肠道微生态以实现其肠道及肠道外疾病的治疗。 HMT指在FMT的基础上，延伸出包括口腔菌群、皮肤菌群、阴道菌群等为一体的其他人体菌群移植总称。

1700年前东晋葛洪《肘后备急方》是记载用人粪清治疗疾病最古老的文献。

明代李时珍《本草纲目》中也曾记载了二十多种用人粪治病的疗方。

西方首次报道FMT治疗人伪膜性肠炎。

Bennet等在《柳叶刀》上首次报道FMT治疗溃疡性结肠炎。

FMT被列入2012胃肠病学十大进展，Hamilton等首次报道用FMT治疗复发性艰难梭菌感染。

医学界关键进展 FMT纳入FDA指南，《科学》《时代》将其评为生物医学的十大突破之一。

FMT被美国克利夫兰医学中心评为 年度十大医学创新之首。

《炎症性肠病诊疗专家共识意见》 获得广州市发改委审批，具有正式收费编码。

《生物医学新技术临床应用管理条例》 菌群移植归为中低风险生物医学新技术。

菌群移植安全吗？
2019年《生物医学新技术临床应用管理条例》将菌群移植归为中低风险生物医学新技术，目前全世界已开展数十万例次的菌群移植，极少有严重不良反应的报道。截止2020年12月，在美国Clinical Trials.gov 网站上已经注册的菌群移植相关临床项目多达379项，中国已开展62项菌群移植临床研究，其中大陆54项，香港7项，台湾1项，完成了总数高达60000例次的移植。这表明菌群移植技术已经在全球获得了广泛认可。
